Jason C. Robinson serves as President of Kreamer Feed, Inc. and President of the company’s Board of Directors. In these dual roles, Jason provides overall strategic leadership and governance oversight for the organization, ensuring alignment between long-term vision, operational execution, and stakeholder priorities.

As President of the company, Jason oversees all business functions, including operations, finance, procurement, technology, people development, compliance, and quality assurance. Under his leadership, Kreamer Feed has modernized its infrastructure, advanced employee engagement, and strengthened its safety and risk management practices.

Prior to rejoining Kreamer Feed in 2012, Jason held senior leadership positions at Bank of America, where he led initiatives across risk control, regulatory remediation, vendor management, product development, and mergers and acquisitions. That portion of his career spanned two decades of work in multiple regions of North America tackling various regulatory environments, providing him with deep experience in managing complex organizational change.

Jason holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. A multi-year recipient of the President of the United States’ Volunteer Service Award, he is deeply dedicated to civic engagement and community leadership. His volunteer efforts support a range of organizations, including the Community Giving Foundation, Penn State Extension, FFA, and 4-H, all aligned with his passion for education, agriculture, and rural development.

Carrying forward the family legacy that began in 1947, Jason remains committed to leading Kreamer Feed with integrity, innovation, and a long-term focus on excellence in agriculture and manufacturing.

Julie Eriksson is a graduate of Middleburg High School and York College of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She is also an alumni of the Dale Carnegie and Leadership Susquehanna Valley programs.

Julie’s career spans human resources, sales, and business ownership. She has worked as a Human Resource Manager, a Sales Representative, and the owner of Moyer’s Agway, Inc. After selling the business in 1998, she joined Kreamer Feed, Inc., where she played a key role in developing and growing the Nature’s Best Organic Feed business in its early days. She later became Organic Marketing Director, followed by a transition to Administration Specialist, supporting the company’s expanding operational needs. She remains active as Secretary-Treasurer of the Board at Kreamer Feed.

In 2011, Julie was honored with the Ted Silker Award from the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce for her dedication to the community. Julie has served as a director and officer for the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce and held various board positions with organizations such as the Penn State Cooperative Extension, SUN Area Red Cross, Selinsgrove Area Community Foundation, Kreamer Volunteer Fire Company, Middleburg Women’s Club, Boy Scouts of America, and St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Council.

She currently serves as a school board director for Midd-West School District, President of the SUN-Tech Area Technical School Board as well as a director of the SUN Tech Foundation. Additionally, she holds the offices of President of the Snyder County Library System and Treasurer of the Community Giving Foundation.

Julie lives in Kreamer with her husband, Daniel, and their son, Kristian. She enjoys music and often sings solos or performs with a local choir. She enjoys traveling, especially to Europe to visit her husband's family and friends.

President of Kreamer Feed from 1986–2012, Bill Robinson spent more than 25 years in the position carrying forward the vision and ethics of his father, company founder George W. Robinson. While he impactfully led on-site in that role, Bill, like his siblings, was working unofficially and officially for the family feed business since childhood. After passing the role of President to his nephew Jason in 2012 over the course of a few years to follow, he remained deeply involved — advising leadership, serving as Chairman of the Board from 2011-2025, and continuing today as an active Board Director and co-owner. During his presidency, Bill oversaw significant milestones, including the planning and building of the company’s organic feed mill and the creation of Nature’s Best Organic Feeds — a brand that remains Kreamer Feed’s most successful, sold nationwide through retailers and online. Widely respected for his fairness, experience, and integrity, Bill is remembered by employees for the culture of trust he fostered, and by the community for his generosity and steady leadership. When employees were asked to describe his leadership tenure at the business, they used the words “kind, giving, knowledgeable, savvy, welcoming, smart, and leader.” Kreamer Feed thanks him for his service to and impact on the business as former President and Board Chairman.

Bill graduated from Middleburg High School before serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, where he quickly achieved the rank of Sergeant from exceling in his duties. Upon his honorable discharge, he enrolled at Pennsylvania State University and earned a degree in Agricultural Business Management — chosen to prepare him for industry-relevant leadership in the family business and beyond. Over the years, he has also served as President of BJE Poultry, Blue Ribbon Poultry, and College Hill Poultry.

Community leadership and industry involvement have always been Bill’s passions. He has served on numerous boards, including Penn Ag Industries, the Penn Ag Poultry Council, Selinsgrove Community Foundation, Central Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board, Susquehanna Bank, Fulton Bank, and Pennsylvania Certified Organic. He also gave back locally through many years of service on the Selinsgrove Area School District Board and the SUN Vo-Tech Board, along with active participation in his church and coaching his children’s sports teams.

Bill has been married to Teri Robinson since 1985. They reside on a poultry and crop farm in Freeburg, Pennsylvania, where they raised their two daughters, Emily and Courtney. He finds his greatest joy as a grandfather to William, Lillian, Roz, and Vivian, and also enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling, PA football, and vacationing in Puerto Rico during Pennsylvania’s colder months.

Ed is the second oldest son of George and Doris Robinson, the founders of the organization. He has been involved with Kreamer Feed and D and G Farms Contracting from an early age. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Kreamer Feed. Currently, he is President of Kreamer Automotive Service Inc., which handles repairs for the company fleet. He also manages the purchasing and maintenance of Kreamer Feed's vehicles.

Ed graduated from Middleburg High School in 1976 and SUN Area Vo-Tech School with a specialization in Auto Mechanics. After graduation, he began his career at Susquehanna University in the Physical Plant Department, working as the sole mechanic for university vehicles. He later worked at Nailor’s Arco, where he repaired vehicles, including those of a competing feed company. In 1978, he joined the family business to manage Kreamer Automotive, a garage acquired in 1970 to service Kreamer Feed’s fleet, eventually taking responsibility for all fleet repairs. Ed received specialized training for Mack trucks at their Allentown, PA facility, completing the program in 1978. He was promoted to President of Kreamer Automotive Service Inc. with ownership in the early 1980s.

His responsibilities at Kreamer Feed have included purchasing and specifying feed trucks and trailers, dispatching, scheduling feed production for delivery, and managing drivers. In 2008, he completed the Dale Carnegie Strictly Business Training, and in 2009, the Integrity Service Training.

For 17 years, Ed volunteered with the Kreamer Volunteer Fire Company, serving as Assistant Fire Chief, Truck Foreman, Certified Firefighter #1, First Responder, and receiving arson investigator training. He contributed to the construction and relocation of the fire company’s new building. Additionally, Ed served on the Middlecreek Township Planning Commission, the Kreamer Area Recreation Board, and currently serves as President and Treasurer of the Globe Mills Cemetery Association.

Ed has been married to Judy for over 40 years. They reside outside Kreamer in a house they built in 1984 and own a connected farm with four poultry houses purchased from George and Doris in the early 1990s. They have four children—Georgina, Tiffany, Quinn, and Cyrus—and six grandchildren. Ed continues to be interested in repairs and enjoys boating, fishing, and time with his family.

Dave Dell brings decades of leadership experience in the agricultural and industrial equipment industries, with deep expertise in dealer development, distribution strategy, and customer support. He began his career with New Holland, a global agricultural machinery leader, where he held senior roles across Service, Sales, Training, Product Management, Parts, Aftersales, and Marketing. His 30+ year tenure included key leadership during the mergers of New Holland with Fiat and later with Case IH.

Dave’s strategic perspective is grounded in hands-on work with customers and dealers, shaping high-performing networks and customer-centric organizations. Beyond CNH, he has held leadership roles in companies spanning Animal Nutrition, Turf and Golf Care, Grain Equipment, and Business Consulting. His experience spans privately held businesses and global corporations, giving him a unique understanding of organizational dynamics at all scales.

Dave is passionate about aligning people, processes, and performance to drive business success. He continues to work closely with leaders to assess operations, develop strategy, and enhance distribution effectiveness.

Randy Schwalke is the Founder and Managing Partner at Feed Marketing Advisors, a feed industry business advisory firm.  Feed Marketing Advisors provides guidance to companies throughout the feed industry supply chain, with a focus on Strategic Planning, Personnel Development, Financial Analysis, Operational Efficiency, Regulatory Compliance and Mergers/Acquisitions.  He and his partner, Mark Stephens, are supported by a cast of 30 Advisors experienced in every facet of the feed industry.

Randy has been in the feed business since 1973, previously working for ADM Animal Nutrition and Kent Nutrition Group.  His background includes having served in General Management, Sales/Marketing Management, Operations, and Finance.

Randy has held the positions of President, VP of Sales, General Director, Sales/Marketing Manager, Operations Manager and Controller. Randy has also served on AFIA’s Board of Directors and as President of the Northeast Ag & Feed Alliance.

A long-time organic pioneer, Bob Anderson is experienced in all facets of organic agriculture, organic food production, processing, business development, marketing, and retailing, as well as leadership experience in the development of national organic policy, organic standards, organic certification, and animal welfare certification and standards.

Bob is the founder of Sustainable Strategies LLC - Advisors in Food and Agriculture, and is currently a strategic advisor to organic agricultural initiatives and organic industry projects in the U.S. and globally.  He & his son, Chris, are active members of Feed Marketing Advisors, founded by fellow Kreamer Feed board advisor, Randy Schwalke.

Bob is the Senior Trade Advisor to the Organic Trade Association (OTA), USDA Foreign Agricultural Service & National Organic Program, and the Office of the United States Trade Representative. In 2017, the Organic Trade Association recognized Bob’s years as an organic pioneer and changemaker when he was presented with the prestigious Growing the Organic Industry Leadership Award.

Until 1999, he was a co-owner, President, and CEO of Walnut Acres Organic Farms, one of the founding and first vertically integrated organic foods businesses in the United States.

Andrea L. Dillman is currently the Human Resources Manager of Kreamer Feed, Inc. and serves as a member of the company’s executive management team.  Andrea also serves as the HR Manager for BJE Poultry, Kreamer Feed's sister company.  In her role, Andrea is responsible for developing policies and directing and coordinating human resource activities in the areas of employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.

Andrea is a graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School and The Pennsylvania State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Andrea has been working in the field of human resources for the past 15 years and most recently obtained her SHRM-CP certification in June 2019.

Upon graduating from college, Andrea spent five years working in research administration for New York University School of Medicine in New York City.  Andrea was an eyewitness to the tragic events of 9/11, which were responsible for molding her outlook on humanity and ultimately moving her towards a career in human resources.

Andrea has been married to her husband Michael for five years and has two children.  In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time at their cabin on Penn’s Creek partaking in fishing, biking, hiking, and other various outdoor activities.

Ben Olsen is an accomplished sales executive with over three decades of experience leading high-performing teams and driving strategic growth across the animal nutrition and retail sectors. Most recently serving as Director of Sales – National Accounts & Private Label at Kent Nutrition Group, Ben has consistently delivered record-breaking results through innovative sales strategies, strong B2B relationships, and a collaborative leadership style. His career spans leadership roles at Kent Nutrition Group, Blue Seal Feeds, Walgreens, and National Car Rental, showcasing a proven ability to elevate performance, expand market presence, and build customer-centric cultures.

Ben holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, with minors in Economics and Marketing.

Outside of work, Ben has been happily married to his wife Lisa since 1999. They live in New Hampshire and are proud parents to three sons – Riley, Rory, and Revin. Ben enjoys spending his free time outdoors, listening to live music, grilling, gardening, swimming, skiing, and traveling with his family and friends. He’s also an avid sports fan and loves cheering on his favorite teams and watching his sons compete on the track, pitch, and court.

Chad Treaster is the Controller of Kreamer Feed Inc. and a member of the company’s executive management team.

Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Chad grew up in Orlando, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Everest University and later completed a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

With more than 25 years of experience in both corporate and public accounting, Chad has developed a strong background in finance and strategic management. He is particularly passionate about leveraging advanced data analytics to enhance cash flow forecasting, deliver real-time financial reporting, and provide in-depth cost analysis that supports business growth.

In addition to his professional role, Chad serves as a board member for several volunteer organizations, where he is dedicated to helping them expand and strengthen their impact in the community.

Chad and his wife, Laurie, live in Beavertown with their two sons, Gavin and Gannon. Outside of work, he enjoys attending sporting events, traveling and playing golf.

Dennis Shaffer is currently the Purchasing and Inventory Manager of Kreamer Feed Inc. and serves as a member of the company’s executive management team. 

Dennis is a graduate of Shikellamy High School and Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration. While attending Clarion University, Dennis was Vice President of the Pennsylvania Upsilon chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. 

Dennis has an extensive background in both Operations and Senior Level Management Roles within Manufacturing, Warehousing/Distribution, and retail applications.  He has held the titles of Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager, Buyer, Inventory Control Manager, P&IC Manager, and Production Manager, as well as being a retail store manager for several big box retailers and fortune 500 retail establishments with direct reports in excess of 200 associates.  

Dennis held board member positions for Sunbury Revitalization Inc. and the Sunbury Hill neighborhood, and has spearheaded several community improvement projects in Sunbury, Millville, Pottsville, and the borough of St. Clair, Pennsylvania. 

Dennis is married to Melissa Keeley Shaffer and has 3 children: Elias, Caleb, and Sarah. 

John Reigle is the Operations Manager at Kreamer Feed. John is responsible for the active management of all production personnel, and the efficient operations of Kreamer Feed mills. John had a strong upbringing in agriculture and was raised among his family’s feed mill in Snyder County, Pennsylvania.

John is an active volunteer firefighter and has been involved in firefighting and emergency services for over 45 years. John currently is the Vice-Chair of the Snyder County Emergency Planning Commission, and a leader in Franklin Township EMA.

John is a long-time resident of Paxtonville, Pennsylvania where he lives with his wife of 40 years, Tami. When John isn’t at Kreamer Feed, he enjoys hunting all across North America, collecting feed manufacturing memorabilia, and spending time with his grandchildren, Charlie and Emma.

Courtney graduated from West Chester University in 2010 and following an assistant opportunity with fmr. Governor Rendell in Philadelphia, PA, she worked in sales and marketing at Paychex, a Fortune-500 company in the greater Philadelphia area. In 2015, Courtney moved back to her roots in central PA and began her career at her family business, Kreamer Feed, as Marketing Coordinator. Ten years later, Courtney is now the Marketing Manager for the conventional and organic feed company. She handles all community outreach, product launches, social media management, branding, digital advertising, website development, e-commerce, marketing AI, events, and public relations for both businesses, along with the management of her team of skilled marketing experts, including graphic and multimedia designers, social media managers, copywriters, and web and SEO developers.

Courtney was nominated for and completed the Leadership Susquehanna Valley program in 2020 and was elected to their Board of Directors and Public Relations Committee, serving as Board President for the 2024-2025 term and Immediate Past President for 2025-2026. She has served in board positions for National 4H and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce Agriculture Committee, is involved with Penn State Extension, coached local softball, helps plan an annual philanthropic golf tournament, and volunteers for the United Way. Courtney also works as Communications Manager for BJE Poultry.

Courtney looks forward to helping contribute to the legacy her grandfather began in 1947 for many years to come. In her free time, she enjoys cheering for Penn State and the Eagles, cooking, reading, playing musical instruments, art, and spending time with family, friends, and her kitten Winnie.

Andrew Moyer is the Kreamer Feed Mill Manager. Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day management of mill employees and the manufacturing of high-quality feeds.

Andrew joined Kreamer Feed in 2010 after a career in food and housing manufacturing. He has held several roles throughout Kreamer Feed’s mills, including maintenance technician and mill operator before becoming the Mill Manager in 2021.

Andrew graduated in 1992 from Dauphin County Vocational Technical school with a certificate in Automotive Technology and a class member of the Leadership Susquehanna Valley Class of 2026.

He is a resident of Beaver Springs, Pennsylvania, where he lives with his wife Bailey and two children. In his free time, Andrew enjoys traveling, cooking new foods, and spending time with his family.

Cyrus graduated from Midd-West High School in 2013 and following his high school education, graduated from SUN Area Technical School in Automotive Technology. Additionally, Cyrus is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business' Project Management program.

Cyrus is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Susquehanna Valley, an Eagle Scout of troop 400 in Kreamer, Pennsylvania, a former regional chief for the Boy Scouts of America Honor Society, the former president of the regional FFA Association, and an active member of his church.

In his role as Project Manager, Cyrus oversees strategic capital funding along with infrastructure advancements at Kreamer Feed. Additionally, Cyrus currently assists in the maintenance management of Kreamer Feed’s automotive fleet as part owner of Kreamer Automotive. Cyrus looks forward to helping contribute to the legacy his grandfather began in 1947 for many years to come.

Cyrus resides in Kreamer, Pennsylvania with his loving wife of 11 years, Christina, and their three children: Reese, Freya, and Hardin. In Cyrus’ free time, he enjoys exercising, traveling, martial arts, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Ryan serves as the Quality Assurance Manager for Kreamer Feed, Inc., where he is responsible for ensuring incoming ingredients and finished feeds meet the company’s rigorous standards for quality and safety. Ryan has been with Kreamer Feed for seven years, beginning his career with the company as a Lab Technician before advancing in 2023 to Quality Assurance Manager. In his current role, Ryan oversees quality assurance processes throughout the feed manufacturing operation, helping ensure Kreamer Feed consistently goes above and beyond industry standards in the testing, evaluation, and quality of its ingredients and finished products, as well as thoroughly troubleshooting any consumer concerns. As part of his commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and quality-focused manufacturing environment, Ryan also supervises the mill’s Lab Technician Intern and housekeeper, ensuring both laboratory procedures and facility sanitation support Kreamer Feed’s overall quality assurance standards.

Prior to joining Kreamer Feed, Ryan gained professional experience in quality assurance within the modular housing industry and later worked for Pepsi Beverages as a Bulk Account Manager. He has continued to expand his knowledge of feed manufacturing, food and feed safety, and operational excellence through a number of professional certifications and programs. Ryan has completed the AFIA/Kansas State University 500: Fundamentals of Feed Manufacturing course, is HACCP certified, and is a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). He has also completed Lean Manufacturing Level One training and is a graduate of the Leadership Susquehanna Valley Class of 2025.

Outside of his professional role, Ryan is an active member of Ebenezer Bible Church, where he serves on the Board of Directors and participates in church activities and events. Ryan lives with his wife, Keshia, and their four children, Evan, Trinity, Graysen, and Colton, along with their three dogs, Molly, Peanut, and Max, and more fish than he can name. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, participating in church events, and riding his Harley-Davidson.

With more than a decade of experience in the feed and agricultural industry, Jenn has built her career around quality, compliance, logistics, and continuous improvement.

She began her career with Kreamer Feed in 2012 as a Quality Technician and played an integral role in helping develop the company’s current quality program. Over the years, her responsibilities and experience have continued to grow, leading her to her current roles as Transportation & Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Her professional education and certifications include a Certification in Animal Nutrition from Kansas State University, PCQI certification, HACCP certification, and Six Sigma Green Belt. She is also a Class A UST trainer, and a certified process auditor. As a former turkey grower with several years of hands-on experience, Jenn brings a practical, industry-informed perspective to her role at Kreamer Feed.

Jenn takes great pride in being involved not only in her workplace, but also in her community. For the past 17 years, she has volunteered with her local school district in their PTO. She has also supported numerous community organizations, including Adopt-a-Highway, United Way Day, local Little League and softball associations, Girl Scouts of America, and other local charities.

Originally from Peekskill, New York, Jenn has proudly called Pennsylvania home for the past 30 years. Outside of work and volunteering, her greatest joy is being a mom to three amazing daughters. She enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible, traveling, and going on random adventures whenever the opportunity arises.

Jenn believes in working hard, giving back, continuing to learn, and always being willing to take on the next challenge.
