Andrea L. Dillman is currently the Human Resources Manager of Kreamer Feed, Inc. and serves as a member of the company’s executive management team.  Andrea also serves as the HR Manager for BJE Poultry, Kreamer Feed's sister company.  In her role, Andrea is responsible for developing policies and directing and coordinating human resource activities in the areas of employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services. Andrea is a graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School and The Pennsylvania State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Andrea has been working in the field of human resources for the past 15 years and most recently obtained her SHRM-CP certification in June 2019. Upon graduating from college, Andrea spent five years working in research administration for New York University School of Medicine in New York City.  Andrea was an eyewitness to the tragic events of 9/11, which were responsible for molding her outlook on humanity and ultimately moving her towards a career in human resources. Andrea has been married to her husband Michael for five years and has two children.  In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time at their cabin on Penn’s Creek partaking in fishing, biking, hiking, and other various outdoor activities.

Ben Olsen is an accomplished sales executive with over three decades of experience leading high-performing teams and driving strategic growth across the animal nutrition and retail sectors. Most recently serving as Director of Sales – National Accounts & Private Label at Kent Nutrition Group, Ben has consistently delivered record-breaking results through innovative sales strategies, strong B2B relationships, and a collaborative leadership style. His career spans leadership roles at Kent Nutrition Group, Blue Seal Feeds, Walgreens, and National Car Rental, showcasing a proven ability to elevate performance, expand market presence, and build customer-centric cultures. Ben holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, with minors in Economics and Marketing. Outside of work, Ben has been happily married to his wife Lisa since 1999. They live in New Hampshire and are proud parents to three sons – Riley, Rory, and Revin. Ben enjoys spending his free time outdoors, listening to live music, grilling, gardening, swimming, skiing, and traveling with his family and friends. He’s also an avid sports fan and loves cheering on his favorite teams and watching his sons compete on the track, pitch, and court.

Chad Treaster is the Controller of Kreamer Feed Inc. and a member of the company’s executive management team. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Chad grew up in Orlando, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Everest University and later completed a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. With more than 25 years of experience in both corporate and public accounting, Chad has developed a strong background in finance and strategic management. He is particularly passionate about leveraging advanced data analytics to enhance cash flow forecasting, deliver real-time financial reporting, and provide in-depth cost analysis that supports business growth. In addition to his professional role, Chad serves as a board member for several volunteer organizations, where he is dedicated to helping them expand and strengthen their impact in the community. Chad and his wife, Laurie, live in Beavertown with their two sons, Gavin and Gannon. Outside of work, he enjoys attending sporting events, traveling and playing golf.

Dennis Shaffer is currently the Purchasing and Inventory Manager of Kreamer Feed Inc. and serves as a member of the company’s executive management team.  Dennis is a graduate of Shikellamy High School and Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration. While attending Clarion University, Dennis was Vice President of the Pennsylvania Upsilon chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.  Dennis has an extensive background in both Operations and Senior Level Management Roles within Manufacturing, Warehousing/Distribution, and retail applications.  He has held the titles of Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager, Buyer, Inventory Control Manager, P&IC Manager, and Production Manager, as well as being a retail store manager for several big box retailers and fortune 500 retail establishments with direct reports in excess of 200 associates.   Dennis held board member positions for Sunbury Revitalization Inc. and the Sunbury Hill neighborhood, and has spearheaded several community improvement projects in Sunbury, Millville, Pottsville, and the borough of St. Clair, Pennsylvania.  Dennis is married to Melissa Keeley Shaffer and has 3 children: Elias, Caleb, and Sarah.

John Reigle is the Operations Manager at Kreamer Feed. John is responsible for the active management of all production personnel, and the efficient operations of Kreamer Feed mills. John had a strong upbringing in agriculture and was raised among his family’s feed mill in Snyder County, Pennsylvania. John is an active volunteer firefighter and has been involved in firefighting and emergency services for over 45 years. John currently is the Vice-Chair of the Snyder County Emergency Planning Commission, and a leader in Franklin Township EMA. John is a long-time resident of Paxtonville, Pennsylvania where he lives with his wife of 40 years, Tami. When John isn’t at Kreamer Feed, he enjoys hunting all across North America, collecting feed manufacturing memorabilia, and spending time with his grandchildren, Charlie and Emma.

Courtney graduated from West Chester University in 2010 and following an assistant opportunity with fmr. Governor Rendell in Philadelphia, PA, she worked in sales and marketing at Paychex, a Fortune-500 company in the greater Philadelphia area. In 2015, Courtney moved back to her roots in central PA and began her career at her family business, Kreamer Feed, as Marketing Coordinator. Ten years later, Courtney is now the Marketing and Communications Manager for the conventional and organic feed company. She handles all community outreach, product launches, social media management, branding, digital advertising, website development, e-commerce, marketing AI, events, and public relations for both businesses, along with the management of her team of skilled marketing experts, including graphic and multimedia designers, social media managers, copywriters, and web and SEO developers. Courtney was nominated for and completed the Leadership Susquehanna Valley program in 2020 and was elected to their Board of Directors and Public Relations Committee, serving as Board President for the 2024-2025 term and Immediate Past President for 2025-2026. She has served in board positions for National 4H and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce Agriculture Committee, is involved with Penn State Extension, coached local softball, helps plan an annual philanthropic golf tournament, and volunteers for the United Way. Courtney also works as Communications Manager for BJE Poultry. Courtney looks forward to helping contribute to the legacy her grandfather began in 1947 for many years to come. In her free time, she enjoys cheering for Penn State and the Eagles, cooking, reading, playing musical instruments, art, and spending time with family, friends, and her kitten Winston.

Andrew Moyer is the Kreamer Feed Mill Manager. Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day management of mill employees and the manufacturing of high-quality feeds. Andrew joined Kreamer Feed in 2010 after a career in food and housing manufacturing. He has held several roles throughout Kreamer Feed’s mills, including maintenance technician and mill operator before becoming the Mill Manager in 2021. Andrew graduated in 1992 from Dauphin County Vocational Technical school with a certificate in Automotive Technology and a class member of the Leadership Susquehanna Valley Class of 2026. He is a resident of Beaver Springs, Pennsylvania, where he lives with his wife Bailey and two children. In his free time, Andrew enjoys traveling, cooking new foods, and spending time with his family.

Cyrus graduated from Midd-West High School in 2013 and following his high school education, graduated from SUN Area Technical School in Automotive Technology. Additionally, Cyrus is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business' Project Management program. Cyrus is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Susquehanna Valley, an Eagle Scout of troop 400 in Kreamer, Pennsylvania, a former regional chief for the Boy Scouts of America Honor Society, the former president of the regional FFA Association, and an active member of his church. In his role as Project Manager, Cyrus oversees strategic capital funding along with infrastructure advancements at Kreamer Feed. Additionally, Cyrus currently assists in the maintenance management of Kreamer Feed’s automotive fleet as part owner of Kreamer Automotive. Cyrus looks forward to helping contribute to the legacy his grandfather began in 1947 for many years to come. Cyrus resides in Kreamer, Pennsylvania with his loving wife of 11 years, Christina, and their three children: Reese, Freya, and Hardin. In Cyrus’ free time, he enjoys exercising, traveling, martial arts, golfing, and spending time with his family.
